Common questions

How do I delete my account?
Open doodli, sign in, and tap "Delete account" from the account menu on the home screen. This permanently removes your account, your stories, and any remaining Doodles — it can't be undone. You can also email support and we'll delete it for you.

What are Doodles?
Doodles are story credits — each new story costs one Doodle. Every account starts with a few free Doodles, and more can be purchased in the app.

Is doodli safe for kids?
Stories are generated to be warm, funny, and non-violent, written specifically for a young audience. A parent or guardian creates the account and sets up story details — see our Privacy Policy for details on what information is collected and how it's used.
